Default 420a turbo

hello,

im having some problems with my car:

let me start by saying that i was told before i purchased the car that the bottom end was rebuilt using a stroed 2.3 crank, je pistons, and eagle rods. not sure if anything else was done. i would like to see if all this was really done or not before i start to change things around so i dont blow out my bottom end.

the car has 550cc injectors, t3/t4 turbo,38mm wastegate, new fpr, apexi safc,
full exhaust, 255lph fuel pump, fmic, couple other odds and ends.

the problems:
the wastegate connects to the manifold and has no dump pipe so hot air is running amok in my engine bay
the downpipe from the turbo is cracked and i dont know how it is even still attached
the car runs incredibly rich sometimes it shoots up to 17 on my air/fuel meter and by the smell i can tell the meter isnt lying
the power steering pump is bad and needs to be replaced

what i would like done:
i would like the safc to be removed and i would like to interface either a vortech sfmu or a megasquirt 2(whichever is the most cost effective) along with a wideband o2 sensor and the appropriate tuning definitely need a new dump/downpipe
power steering

other things im sure im forgetting right now
i guess my main question is when is the soonest possible time i can bring it by, this car is my daily driver and im trying not to drive it too much like it is.

17 on air/fuel ratio is considered lean not rich

well the bottom line is i need somone to take a look at it but i do appreciate the term correction, the only reason why i said rich is because it smells like a gas station
