What do you use for ramps?

I've seen long, low angle ones. Or placing pieces of wood in front of the ramp to ease the transition. Or jacking up the car & slipping a ramp under the wheel.I've used both methods. I made some ramp extenders for rhino ramps with 3ft sections of 2x12 boards. It looks like this:

The board method takes slightly less time than jacking the front up and using a pair of jack stands. When I build the extra garage/carriage house, I'm going to put something like this in one of the bays:
