Default Electrical problems

So my roommate has a 1995 dodge stealth and were stumped on this

Roommate bought the car and knew he needed a battery, three day's later it was dead. So he bought a new battery figured we fixed it WRONG

the car was doing the same thing took it to Autozone go it checked out and found out the Alternator was bad, Great!, So we drive to the dealer were he bought the car and he ordered a Alternator from LKQ.

got the alternator check by Autozone and it passed

installed it and the car is still not picking up a charge

on my meter it picked up

13.6 - just off a battery trickle charger
12.96 - after starting and it keep's droping
12.87 - 2min's of idle
11.9 - quick rev to 3k rpm
then it read 12.80 when it went to idle
