around 1,000-2,500. the turbo is 200-300. you can use just the turbo but itas kinda a waste because you really cant run high boost without blowing something on a stock motor. if you want cheap and good amount of power get a 2.4 block(i have one for $100) and go to dodge and buy srt pistons/rods (300) right there $400 for basically a srt bottom end throw a stock dohc head on and the srt turbo and your looking at a almost new 2.4 srt motor for 600 and can run the stock wire harness on the older 2.4 so you dont have to deal with the srt wiring crap.

if you need a 2.4 i have a complete bottom end minus pistons/rods ill sell cheap. i was going to do the 2.4 srt but got a runing 2.4 with je pistons already assembled and running. by far best band for the buck and simply throw a dohc head on and the srt turbo will bolt right up you can run 15lbs all day no problems

+1 neons.org has the most info than any other site on neons. if interested i have the 2.4 block, bed plate, 2 oil pumps, 1 waterpump, 2 cranks one good one had spun rod bearing, a good stock clutch/flywheel, oil pickup tube, oil pan, removed balance shaft and chain but needs hole plugged, 2.4 valve cover, even have a 95 harness setup for the 2.4 motor with resistor box for dsm injectors, all for $75

Yea, Neons.org has all the info you could ever need about this. Plenty of write-ups, pictures & info. You can contact me on AIM if you'd like: Nickisa0

I just finished a 2.4 turbo swap in my R/T so I can tell you everything that you need to do.

What you're basically gonna do is buy a Stratus 2.4 motor and turn it into a low-budget SRT-4 motor. You'll be using every SRT-4 engine part besides the head and the crank. Then just change the firing order for your injectors and spark plugs and install a motor mount adapter and you're done.
