nhra cage inspectors can be pricks fyi...
follow the rules to a "T" but they will try and get you on a lower rocker panel bar that isn't mentioned in the nhra books...it is in a seperate roll cage spec book...it is "suppose to be the first tube you put it when building a cage"...
they have cage specs broken down according to times, so just follow that...
