Default Phheeeew!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big weight off my shoulders.
Just got done closing the deal on selling that dump of a house I had. It was in bad shape when I got it from my grandmother. Thanks to help from Ariah, Jomar, Brandon and Vince I turned a good profit on it today.
You guys just dont know what a relief it is to be done with that. Its consumed alot of my time lately.

Now let the true modding begin. I have alotted myself a small portion of the profits to go towards some much needed drivetrain and suspension/weight reduction parts

That 2 hour paint job was bad ass!! That had to be what convinced the new owners to buy it, it looked so damn good.

That paint job cost about $100 total. About $15 of that was because Vince kept snapping all the dam paint roller extension poles. He broke two wooden ones in five minutes...so I set him up with an aluminum one and that lasted about 30 minutes.

But atleast he got the high spots...and didnt even need a ladder...lol

And of course Dan and I had the lower half.

Yeah, Vince(6'8") is great for a lot of things. I remember Dan(5'4") walking over to get the big paint roller extension to get a high spot. As he walks back Vince just walks up to the house and reaches up a little bit and gets the high spot. Dan just kinda walked away in shame.

True Scott...I guess if you need a house you have to pay what the markets says.

Im just sooo glad to be rid of that place. It served its purpose for the time...but I need a big place with a big garage....BIIIIG garage.
