F/S: 2003 Honda Civic Si ep3. 118k miles Runs great! Many new parts!

Selling my brothers 2003 Honda Civic SI ep3. Car runs and drives great. Never abused. Many new parts, a lot invested. Only has 118k miles and has a new engine with 76k miles , engine was inspected, professionally installed by a reputable mechanic, and i have all the receipts to prove it. Interior is in great shape, would say its 8-9/10 and exterior maybe a 7/10 has some paint peeling/scratches/couple dings but nothing to bad. The a/c did stop working, and turns out its the compressor. Haven't gotten around to fixing it because of the cooler weather we've been having. I priced the car accordingly and can probably get more if i trade it in but I'm asking $4400obo. Cheapest ep3 around so no low balls!! Priced well below kbb value.
