like the listing says i have a real em1 99 honda civic si its got as of today 79k miles on it it is very reliable and adult owned and garage kept here is a list of all the parts and mods done to it

new kyb agx adjustable shocks

new front and rear megan racing camber kit
new blox lower front and rear sway bar links
4 month old 15x8 og sans wheels and nexen n3000 tires
rear upper sway bar
oem front and rear sway bars (stock on an si)

6 month old rear pads and rotors
new front BIG brake upgrade redrilled prelude vtec rotors and legend dual piston calipers with hawk hps pads( it stops awesome)
rotors have a 2 year warranty and the calipers and pads have a lifetime warranty this info will be given to the purchaser

Engine and trans
jdm b20z i have reciets when i bought it 4 months ago from jdm tech motors in orlando
usdm b16 trans new act 6 puck clutch and heavy duty pressure plate with 7 pound flywheel (no grinds)

Interior is stock it currently has a double den cd dvd navigation system in it i may keep it
This car is very reliable and has only one problem sometimes u have to hold the stick shift in reverse other than than the trans engine ac power steering heat windows sunroof radio window washer and everything works this is a turn key key car drive it anywhere with zero problems this isnt like most of the hondas u will find when u go to look at them there total ebay garbage this car has high quality parts and been very well maintained ive ran only mobile 1 oil and honda mtf in the trans the price is 5200 obo call or text justin 904 five nine nine 3 six 0 three
