OK i got a 2012 Honda Ruckus Like new only 3 months old bought from Honda motor sports of Tampa bay
Has horn
Headlights low beam and high beam
Tail lights
Blinkers
don't need insurance
Dont need motorcycle license
Goes 40-45 MPH

I got it from motor sports of Tampa its a 2012 3 month old scooter they sell for 3 grand it only has 600 miles on it and comes with a lock that can't be cut with bolt cutters so ill let it go for 2700
