I am regretfully having to sell my project car. It's a 96 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, 2.0 DOHC, with163,418 miles. Over the past 2 months I have dropped more than $3,000 into repairing and replacing everything possible. The last thing I expected was for the transmission to go out. The following has been replaced within the last 3 months:

Optima Red Top Battery
Ignition Coil
Spark Plug Wires
Spark Plugs
FrontMotor Mount
Back Motor Mount
Left Motor Mount
Right Motor Mount
Shocks and Struts
EGR Valve Assembly
Timing Belt
Water Pump
Head Gasket
Radiator
Radiator Fans
Upper & Lower Radiator Hoses
Headlight Housing
Low Beams(H.I.D. 10,000k)
High Beams(LED Blue)
Front Turn Signals(LED White)
Exhaust Manifold(Wrapped)
Full Catback Exhaust System (Stainless Steel)
Stereo Head Unit & Speakers
Sunroof Motor and Assembly
LED Tag and Reverse Lights

Unfortunately, I have run out of money to replace the transmission and don't wanna let it go to waste. I have recieved two quotes to rebuild the transmission:

B&B Transmission of Brandon, FL- $1,000
Thonotosassa Auto Repair of Thonotosassa, FL- $1,300

I'm looking for $1,200 OBO to try and recover something from my investment so my loss is definitely your gain.
