Trade or Cash (My 1998 GSX w/345hp @Wheels)
Hi,
I have decided to sell/trade my 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX
The car has been a project for me for the past 7 years and I need a car I can drive everyday. I had a lot of fun with this car but now I have to part with it.
I am a DSM lover and owner for life, I know these cars in and out. I will give you my honest evaluation of the cars issues as it is a DSM and I understand just as much as the new owner does that DSM require good maintenance.
What you get:
1998 Eclipse GSX Magenta Grey Pearl w/113k only 1500 miles on Built Motor
Car is built with 345hp to the wheels
Problems:
Transmission was installed a few years ago with a JDM tranny that doesn't have correct final drive gear ratio. My center diff exploded and are is only RWD at the moment.
Few very small boost leaks, I tried my best to fix them
Body work on drivers side (Fender,Door and side skirt damaged) but I have all replacement parts already you just need to get the bodywork done at a shop

Car has Launch Control, Anti Lag, Injector Comp, Timing Map Redone, custom settings can be reflashed by me if you want different settings
Car dynoed @ SR Performance in Tampa on there AWD dyno and got 344hp @ 335tq on 20psi *video proof and dyno sheet* 400hp Crank
Car is built for 35-40psi and I can see a 450-550 AWHP out of this motor
I fixed 5 boost leaks since this run and guess before the tranny broke I was at 20psi making 400hp. So there is still more room
I ran a 13.2 back in 2004 with half these mods on a 16g. This car should pull right now 11.5 to 11.00 1/4 mile.
