FS/FT Clean 95 Del Sol

I just drove back from a summer internship in NYC and decided I want back seats again.
What I have:
95 Del Sol S
5 Spd
D15B7
Maaco paint job. Not bad, not perfect.
Misc small dents on body, nothing major.
No rust
Aftermarket control arms, camber kit, shocks with coil overs (brand unkown)
Exhaust sounds great, nice and deep and not loud/annoying. No huge can.
AEM CAI w Spectre Filter

AC works great except occasionally will temporarily cut out and the motor starts doing a weird revving thing (1100-1400 rpm). This stops after a minute. Still looking into this.
Brand new cap, rotor, plugs, wires
No rips tears. Interior 9-9.5/10
Will get under hood pics soon. Believe me when I say clean.
K-9 Alarm
In the past 3 weeks this car was driven to and from NYC. No issues WHAT SO EVER! Coolant level same, oil is still clear (replaced just before the trip), all fluids good. This is really a great car, I just want back seats again.
What I am looking for:
2 or 4 door (4 door actually preferred). Hatches considered. NO DA's or EF's. Must be clean (meaning no large rips, tears, stains, fading, missing parts, smells, rust, major clear coat/paint fade, etc). Must have properly working AC. Manual transmission, Power Windows, Power Locks.
Trade or Sell. Have some cash to put on top for the right trade.
