you need new input and output shaft bearings inside the trans its no biggy just gunna cost you on labor but it will still drive with no prob just noisy i fixed my boys not too long ago for the same noise

 

i dont think it bearing cause bearing would have the noise no matter what the load is but this only does it when their is no load when their is slop in the ring and pinion gear its like the gears have to much back lash doesnt do it on excell or decell only right in between i rode in the car few days ago.
