I am looking for a clean ride. This means the car must be one color please...

What I am looking for:

1. Power Steering
2. Air Conditioning.... seriously guys its south Florida.. It's fucking hot here. Its not worth the 5-10hp
3. Clean interior. I don't mind if there's an occasional defect in the interior. For my price range, I'm not expecting the Ritz but I'd like something moderately taken care of
4. Being quick is a plus... I don't mind a small turbo setup. I just don't want to inherit a project car where things have been done to it numerous times by different owners. Just a headache I don't need up here at school.
5. I shift my own gears. 5-spd please.
6. I don't discriminate against different makes. If it's well taken care of and if there are receipts or printouts you can get from your service location, I will look at the car.
7. Engine swaps are ok if they are done right (B Series, SR20)

I'm coming into Tampa from school Thanksgiving week and that is when I will make a decision on the car.
