fs:cheapest lexus 98 gs300 on 20s

For sale is my 1998 metallic red lexus gs300.
Blew the motor at some 160800ish miles so i bought a new motor from a 2002 and dropped it in.
car currently has 161365 miles.
Interior is good except for driver seat which has a tear.
car has 20inch panther rims
8k hids
6 cd disk changer
sunroof

the bad:
the hood and trunk could use some new paint or a waxing
dent on passenger door which to me is not that bad
stock radio has a blank display but everything works
abs and vsc lights turn on ive driven it like that with no problems for a year i believe its the sensors therefore checking engine light is on too
missing a side molding which i will provide
no ac..
manually unlock doors except for drivers
tear on driver seat
needs aligment
has a bent rotor since car makes noise when slowing down and steering wheel shakes slightly when i brake

this car makes for a good vip car. $5500 no trades.
