1995 Chevy Caprice LT1 $1000 Part or fix up
YES the car does drive, YES it has a title, NO i will not seller to a scrapper for some rediculously low amount ( being as the motorswap is worth what i am asking for the whole thing)
i bought this car becasue i wasa gonna use it as a donor for my 84SS i was gonna do the LT1 full swap. But after alot of research i have decided that the motor i have will be cheaper to redo and have more power. Now i have posted this for parts in GM forum becasue to me it is a parts car. BUT it has a good title and it runs good. the body has 199k the motor has 135k. tranny is smooth. Interior is beat(front seats,door panels,headliner) the passenger front door closes but is mangled. and the drivers doors both have dents on teh bottom. This car could easily be a parts car or a fixer upper witha day or two at LKQ and a little money you could have a decent car. Title doesnt say POLICE but it has the 9C1 package. I am asking $1000 for the whole thing, or you can come hear the motor run make an offer and if we agree you can and pull it. If anyone is interested please call or pm me 727 235 4403

Was a cop car. i did some research and found out some came from factory as police cruisers and some were sent out and outfitted with the package(hence they were not police branded titles) it has the "reading" light on the ceiling, the green hoses on motor, anda patch spot on the door from the spot light, and the shut off switch for the speedo. If i didnt own one before then i would be in question but its the exact same as my 94 i had about a year ago.

or go by the vin 8th number should be P then you know if its an lt1 car or not. i will check the title on this one later when i get home and see, it does run good and with minimal work would be a nice daily, i will update thread later with exact specs on the car and hopefully some detailed pics of interior and motor and body damage spots

correct, i will check the vin and let you guys know. ive owened two cop cars before and this motor LOOKS just like my other lt1's and i was unaware that the 4.3 v8's are exactly the same looking as the lt1's i thought they looked more like the 5.0 version which i had owened too. ive never had a 4.3 so if so its my mistake.
