I Spent Over 7k all all this equipment and im selling it cheap. For anyone who doesnt know about lawn care it is a good buss u work whenever you want and you make min. 30/hr its pretty good and its easy for young people too do through school it can be full time work/part time u decide i made about 10k a month working very easy hours. all this equip has very low hours on it around 100 hours on all equipment it is clocked in on the Gravely it comes with a meter.All equipment is for commerical use.

your not makin 10k a month by yourself... unless your putting in 0ver 60 hours a week... (by your self) espically w/ a push mower. even if it is commercial use...

both the mowers included are not push and i had a few commerical accounts and my regular homes took an easy 45 minutes

so u say a couple of commercial accounts and ur regualr homes take you 45 minuets to cut all of them.... are thety commercial walkbehind or a form of grasshopper, walker, woods, toro, john deere toro z ???

it takes an average 45 minutes too do a regular home once you get your method down and just dont mess around. Comerical accounts can vary 1 of the mowers is a walk behind the gravely is a stand on which i perfer over the sit on b/c usually those cannot get into peoples back yards which leaves u doing backyards with the walk behind and charging extra

Commerical accounts places like publix, grocery stores,and gas stations places like that will pay u an easy 1-3k a month depends on what place and what needs to be done. I also had one other person doing this with me. If ur interested in this i could give you a little more detailed advice which you would probally understand the buss more.10k/m was the highest i made sometimes you will have a bad year with 7-8k/m it all really depends on the effort you put into it.

i did lawn buisness with my pops thoguht middle and high school. very good buisness for some one who doesnt mind the sun. and if you have enough people working for you and enough accounts the money to be made is endless.......
