1967 Ford F-100 Shortbed
I started this resto project about a year and change ago, I was going to turn this 1967 F-100 into a badass streetrod style truck. The last year that i have worked on it i have decided i no longer want to own or creat a streetrod. I am taking the powerplant i have and putting it into another project, so that leaves me with a 1967 Ford F-100 shortbed sitting in storage.
I bought the truck from my friends father which owned it for about 5-6 years in which it was his daily driver, until about the final year when he bought a newer truck. The final year that he owned it the truck sat in the driveway sleeping. I bought the truck about 14months ago. I purchased a storage unit for it to be stored in the whole time. I have yet to work on the truck at all other than cleaning it up before it went into storage.
The truck has 63k on Dash but i am sure that is 163k. The truck came with a inline 6cylinder however for most of it's life it has had a 351w in it. I am going to include as many pictures as possible so you all can see how beautiful this truck can be. There is quite a bit of rust in the bed so you will either need to weld in a new bottom liner or but a whole one up to you. The interior only has surface rust no break throughs, aswell as the engine bay (except under batter box plate). I had the original hood but i took hardware and trashed due to a accidental backing over it (Thx Donnie). The truck is real nice and it will definitley make someone happy when all said and done,Perfect father son project or midlife crisis project. Please feel free to ask any questions i will answer to best of my knowledge, I am in Clearwater/Largo area if anyone wants to see first hand.
The price for the truck is a best offer base, I would like to sell in the next few months that way i can put my new project in the storage unit. The truck does roll and can be towed by a simple strap and another truck or SUV. Leave a PM if you have any questions.
Forgot to add it does come with a NEW front bumper.
