I Know Someone Who Has A 99 With A Rebuilt Title For About 6,800, It Was A Theft Recovery Not A Wreck...black In Color And All Numbers Match, Vin, Engine And Chassis. Its In Good Condition And Has Never Been Modded...as Far A 9k For A 2000 Si..thats A Little Cheap. I Just Sold Mine About A Month Ago For 12,200..........9k Is Going To Put You In The Rebuilt Market Or Someones Abused And Beaten Project.....good Luck
