Starter doesnt need to be replaced but it wouldnt hurt. Dash is lifting up a bit by the sindshield due to the sun (common issue). Does have a/c and power steering but needs the belt. Replaced the alternator belt and never put that one back on. Its $8 and I can guarantee that they will both work once replaced. Exterior has a few minor door dings. Other than that the car is really in great shape. Would make a great car for someone on a budget or if youd like to re-sell it and make some money. Book value is $3k+.
