Lake Mirror Concours d’Elegance
The Lake Mirror Concours d’Elegance is the featured event of the MIDFLORIDA Auto Show weekend. Approximately 125 premium classic automobiles are invited to be displayed along the Lake Mirror Promenade on Saturday. A team of judges will inspect and grade the vehicles worthy to receive a coveted Lake Mirror Swan trophy at the afternoon award ceremony at 3 pm. All applicants for the Concours are carefully reviewed and must be pre-approved by our selection committee. Due to the higher standards of the Concours group, additional information may be requested during registration. Although a former national show winner will certainly command attention, we are equally interested in original, unrestored, rare and unusual cars. If you have a car fitting one of Lake Mirror’s premier groups, please do not hesitate submitting it for consideration.

MIDFLORIDA Auto Show
The MIDFLORIDA Auto Show takes place on the streets of downtown Lakeland from 10 am – 3 pm on Saturday. The streets will be closed-off to accommodate over 600 special interest and collector cars of all types. Vehicles will be displayed in groups of similar makes and models.A special awards ceremony will be held at 2 pm on the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union stage to present trophies to the winning cars on display as part of the MIDFLORIDA Auto Show. Recipients will be selected based on merit by a special awards committee. In addition, sponsors will present ribbons to their favorite vehicles. All vehicles must be pre-registered.
Heacock Classic Road Rally
The Heacock Classic Road Rally on Sunday morning will be the final activity of the 2018 Lakeland Auto Show. Registered entrants enjoy a morning drive through the central Florida countryside culminating with lunch, prizes and program at an undisclosed location. Length of route varies between 45 – 60 miles.This event is open to all types of vehicles, so you don’t need a show-quality collector car to participate. Walt Engle and rallymaster, Ray Kriegbaum, always create a scenic route with challenging questions along the way which allow you to win prizes at the end. Cars depart from the Peggy Brown Building Sunday morning. Participants must be pre-registered and bring proof of insurance.
Budweiser Hot Rod Rendezvous
Benefiting a Central Florida Speech & HearingThe Budweiser Hot Rod Rendezvous Charity Event opens the fun weekend of festivities on Friday at 6:00 pm on the Lake Mirror Promenade. This favorite event includes a Premium Productions Car Show of hot rods & other hot cars, an outdoor concert featuring Southern Legacy, street dance, car parade, food vendors & new car unveiling. Bundled with a local charity fundraiser, the experience makes for quite an evening under the stars. Cars on display must
register in advance and are limited to 125 cars. A professional panel of judges from Premium Auto Enthusiasts will be awarding 70 Best of Show plus 21 overall Best of Show Awards.
Heacock Insurance New Car Show
Remember when unveiling new model cars was a really big deal? Then the New Car Show presented by Heacock Insurance is just for you. Experience the latest automobile designs and technology from several Central Florida auto dealers as they bring their newest vehicles to be unveiled at the Lakeland Auto Show. The New Car Show will be held on the east side of the Lake Mirror Promenade on Friday night, and on Tennessee Ave on Saturday. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, you might be able to find it at the MIDFLORIDA Auto Show. Dealerships will have staff at the event to answer any questions about the new vehicles.
