Some new units were just released by BWTS which I am now allowed to spill the beans on.

The only new S300 turbo released is the S362FMW. 62/83mm FMW (Forged Milled Wheel...aka 'Billet') compressor wheel, 'J-type' 76/68mm turbine wheel, severe duty thrust with 6 wear pads vs the standard 3. The turbine wheel is larger than the Q trim but responds better than the existing 74/65mm wheel some of you are used to by other companies. Should be a great competitor to the PTE 6265.

The next of the series are all S400SX3 (T4) with a new compressor race cover (.66A/R) The 76mm, 80mm, and 82mm come with a new 87/81mm 'J-Type' turbine wheel which outflows and out responds the previous 87/80mm wheel.

67.7/91mm FMW x 83/74mm turbine, 1.10A/R 800HP
71.4/100mm x 83/74mm turbine, 1.10A/R 900HP
74.5/100mm x 83/74mm turbine, 1.10A/R 1000HP
76/105mm x 87/71mm turbine, 1.10A/R 1100HP
80/110mm FMW x 87/81mm turbine, 1.25A/R 1200HP
82/110mm FMW x 87/81mm turbine, 1.25A/R 1300HP


All of these are under rated. For example, the 67.7 turbo has already seen over 1000HP on E85.

Personally, I am happy to see BW stepping into the performance market like they have been this past year. I'll post some pictures and review of the new S400 series next week.

We should start seeing these out in the wild around July.
