like the title says any ideas what could be wrong all i got is the key no remote

what type of alarm?

does it have a multi function obc? the car could be coded. enter the code and the car is able to start.

sounds like your alarm has a built in immobilizer

i was lookin into tradin my yota for the car but it dont run i was just wonderin dont know much info about it
