ahhhh i see so yeah i'm interested in the s50 or whatever M3 motor lol how much am i looking at for the m3 swap? if i do the work.also what is the difference in the motors?

Jeff correct me if im wrong but dont you have an S52 at the shop??

S50 is 1995 OBDI M3 3.0L I6 240hp/225trq
S52 is 96-99 OBDII M3 3.2L I6 240hp/240trq

S52's are a larger displacement (not by much) and have a small amount mroe torque, but the OBDII part of it gives it smaller intake runners compared to the OBDI S50 which alot of S52 owners switch to. ok so if i get jeffs s52 can i just swap out the manifold for an s50? then will if be ok with all of my obd1 stuff or is there a bunch of wiring involved in the swap? just curious i dont really mind the wiring just trying to see what all is involved in the swap ya kno?

you dont have to do the obd1 manifold....there is alot of ways you can do it.

You could make the car obd2, you can make it obd1 and still keep the obd manifold.
