Lookin for a bike.

I kinda want a bike, so I have a 2nd means of xportation, Im kinda clueless on what to do. I recently went to my bank and asked them about a 94 900rr I was lookin at, but they said I had "limited" credit. Is there anything I can do apart from saving up the money and buying one outright? I already have a car payment to deal with, along with several other bills, and I'd like to get a bike in good condition as inexpensive as possible. I don't want to be on a 5 yr loan kinda thing.

Put it on a credit card if you have one with a high enough line

Well aparently I don't have enough credit history to purchase a $4k bike. I certainly don't have enough history to get a $4k credit card. I also do not want 14% interest on a bike.

Sounds like you are SOL until you establish more credit, just wait it out

Save up a couple grand and use it as a down payment or buy a bike outright.

My boss said he'll let me make payments on his.
It's just an older bike. 89 CBR 1000F. I derno if I want a bike that old. It's in great condition tho, and always meticulously maintained.

if u really wanna get financed and have descent credit. Household Finance will probably approve you just ask a dealer to run you through them and they will let u know hom much you get approved for.
