Woo. After much wait: Q2, fresh powdercoat, and a $4 ebay rim stripe that is pretty close. There's a piece of tape on the cowl in all three pics, it's really only noticeable when the flash brings the sparkle sparkle in the paint to life.

Good timing!
Here's a fun pic: https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphot...35140593_n.jpg White bike won Yamaha's custom show down so I got this free shit: https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphot...89602448_n.jpg Went to Jennings yesterday: https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphot...24028719_n.jpg Will post more pics later. Ordered a dirt bike number plate but it didn't come in time so I had to improvise. Everyone at the track loved it, I got so many thumbs up from the staff and pit people. Big pat on the back to me for knowing I was going to track this bike and making it easy to convert. 1. Pull the headlight off (four bolts) 2. Swap street clip on bars (with mirrors and blinkers) with track ones, complete with a seperate set of grips and everything ready to go 3. Remove license plate (four bolts and a plug for the lights) 4. Tape tail light. Takes like 10 minutes to get track ready lol. |
