Default 2006 honda 1000RR

i have been eyeballing this bike at barneys. chrome wheels (im not a fan of chrome. but ill ride it) and all decked out etc. . super low miles. barneys is asking 8k. i said 8k OTD. they laughed and came back to me and said, what if we could do 8k OTD. i had a credit check ran last second before they close, i had to leave for class as well so they said they would call me this mourning. im waiting on my phone call right now.

here is the deal. i have a 1999 honda F4600 right now. not garage kept. its an outside bike. if i got this beautiful 8,000000000 dollar bike it would be a sin to park it outside. but i want it. i would get a cover for it. will a cover do any justice to the elements? anybody have any experience?? is 8,000 too much?? i have never bought from a stealership. and how sick exactly is the 06 1000RR.

haha, compared to your F4 you will be AMAZED! Is it worth it? I dunno, what is book value? Dunno too much about bike covers, id imagine if you kept after it cleaning it and what not it would do you fine, just so long as it kept the sun off and the rain out. Waht about rolling that beauty into your home?

You're always going to pay more at a dealership. If you found the same bike private dealer it would probably save you at least 600 bucks. How many miles are on it?

I've never used a bike cover, but I have a car cover for my corvette and they work great.

i have just a plain trackside cover...and it does just fine..keeps the elements out..as far as the bike..they are a great bike..if it has super low miles and is very clean, it might be a great purchase..

My bike sits on my porch with a cover over it always. They work really well as long as you use the little straps at the bottom, otherwise they can blow around on ur bike.
