Nah, it's some lame-ass attempt at dry satirical humor. It actually pokes fun at those who think that society would benefit from homogeneity. Good graphics, though, a bit insensitive. Maybe that's the point?

Anyone who thinks the confederate flag is, without exception, derogatory needs a history lesson.... and that's coming from a minority here.
The only thing about it is that more often than not, bigots seem to embrace the flag more than others who just wear it because of what political ideologies it symbolizes.
