So here's a little backdrop to the story. I live in a subdivision where everyone of course thinks they are hot shit. Me and friends ride to the back of the subdivision where there are no homes. On the way to the back apparently the guy that i saw standing in the yard called the police on us. So we shut our bikes off and hang out back there for a good 45min. just talking waiting for the rest of our friends to show up so we can go riding. Well after a few pull up a squad car rolls up and im thinking oh great . He gets out asks us if we were racing lol. At this point i say we have been sitting here and grab my exhaust....ice cold. Told the cop he can feel the exhaust if he wants. So the cop proceeds to run all our paperwork when my mom pulls up on her honda scooter and asks the cop if he needs her license too . The cop gives us a verbal and tells us he has our paperwork on file and if they have any more complaints they will be coming to us first. Me of course being a smartass like my mom says "well come look for me first since i live here, might save you a drive". Anyways a few weeks later (this week) my parents are walking the dogs and a neighbor asks the loaded question of ..."does your son ride a bike". Of course my parents say "yes". They proceed to ask my parents if they know i was pulled over (thinking they are going to get me in trouble). My mom said yes i was there it was a bunch of b.s. . Well the people proceed to tell my parents that they got my tag number...now you might think hey they just saw it while you drove by, my tag is not readable lol ask frankie figgs. Hell i can't even read it unless i squat under the bike. This means the police officer gave them my information. I feel this is a violation of my privacy and that i am going to be singled out. Do i really care if i get pulled over for riding through the neighborhood?? hell no ...i love giving cops a hard time if i didn't do anything wrong. But we asked who called and the police wouldn't tell us....they said anonymous. Idk....what is your take on it?? Did they do something wrong by giving the people my info or not?

 

like omg you were speeding through your neighborhood where innocent children play and could possibly get hit?!?! BAN HIM!! j/k <~~thats what you hyprocrite mother fuckers would say.

It is wrong if that is what actually happened, but how do you know the cop gave the guy your info? Maybe the guy was lying about having your tag, and even if he does, what can he really do with it? He would have to video tape you doing something illegal to actually get you in trouble no matter how much he hates bikes.

By the way, not really a good idea to be a smart ass to a cop even if you didn't do anything wrong. When push comes to shove he can fuck you a lot harder than you can fuck him.

But yes they can't do anything only if they have video of you doing something wrong or the deputy has to see you do it. Brian don't worry about it. You can make a complaint that this guy is stalking you. Call the Sheriffs Office tell him what he said to your parents. Tell them you would like for this to end. If not you might want to look into getting legal advise. You know you have plenty of witnesses.

 

He isn't going to be a child. Def not going to egg a 500K house...
