What undertail is this, and how would I go about putting a plate on it?

And turn signals? I assume I'll just get a license plate bracket and drill holes, same for the ambers?

i made my own mount hidding next to the battery tray to leave the tail clean looking, speaking of that i need a another undertail, since its ALWAYS get dirty.

 

I like that spot,but I get harassed by cops enough lol
