Rotary 7 has it done to his bike and it's broke so I am staying clear of an extra 9.2 hp after 13,000 rpms. Doesnt really seem worth it for only a split second until you shift.

TO CAMMO: did rotary 7's bike break shortly after he did this?... and couldnt he just take it out and take it 2 the dealer and say somethings wrong with it?... being that its under warranty...

 

his started having issues at the same time he did the mod. it also violates your warrenty and you could take it out, but the dealers still are giving him a hard time i think. it is your bike not mine.

his wire mod and the problems he had are not correlated. i was there when we tried to fix it... but it ended up getting worse. lol

the jumper mod is not supposed to mess up anything at all. you can go ask rotary7 about that.

i would disclose what problems we ran into on his bike but im not sure if he wants me saying that. its better if you contact him and ask him yourself.

if you change your exhaust and give your bike more hp throughout the power band (not just 13k + Rpms) you'll only void your exhaust warranty, if you do the wire mod, you void your main wiring harness warranty, your waranty for your exhaust valve, Computer, and every sensor on the bike...basically anything electrical or related is out of warranty.
