R.I.P and prayers sent

I just found out that my buddy wrecked his 06' gsxr750 at 130mph last night and his bike is one big pile of mangled scrap. I know he is not dead but I do not know the condition he is in, he had a helmet but no other gear, I am hoping for the best. Everybody ride safe, wear the gear even though it's hot as hell out, and ride smart (yea we've all heard it a 1,000 times but it doesn't hurt to say it again).

Just found out that he left a wife and a 2 year old behind. Still have not found the driver of the van.

Driver of the van is now in custody by the Haines City P.D. He is being transfered to Polk County for processing and such. Also, the news metioned some about him being an illegal immigrant. We will see what unfolds in the next coming days.

Ugh, as much as I say I don't like police, he was still a fellow rider. This sucks cause I just saw an old friend at the rehab place that I'm going to that was on a bike, was the victim of a hit and run, and is now paralyzed from the neck down. So, needless to say, my hate for scum of the earth is far greater than that for cops. R.I.P.
