Ok im posting this up because alot of you have downed Barneys,for what reason I dont know.I did read about one guy here taking his ZX10 ? to Brandon Barneys and they fucked up his bike.

So I kinda steered away from Barneys.
I ran my credit report last night online,and it doesnt look that hot.I have a few medical bills from 6-7 yrs ago.i just wont pay to clear them out cause they are like 5k a bill.Emergency room visits suck.

Anyways,I been checking out Powersports.
I couldnt sleep last night,so I went to them about 10am this morning.If you guys read my last thread,I finally narrowed the bike down to a ZX6 (636)Special edition.

I went there today to get info today on financing and checking out the bike.They said I might be able to get it under my name,but I dont want them to run the report and drop points if I dont get it.I have a friend who will co sign for me.

1)Im wondering what shops out there will try to help you out on financing.

2)What shops I might to be able to bargaain with to get a better price on this bike.I was quoted like $8800.? but the other 636 were like 86 or 8400.

3)Whats the most any of you have seen for financing ratings?17%? is what one sales man told me.

4)If any of you work at a bike shop.Im tring to get a 636,and if you think you can help me.Shoot me a PM.

 

Call around and get some prices. And don't be afraid to drive a little bit to get a good deal. Unfortunately, I bought my bike at Barney's, and they didn't do me any favors.

 

Call Sky Powersports in Lake Wales.... Talk to a salesman named Mike.

Sky beat Barneys price by over $1000 when I bought my ZX10R

They usually have specials through Kawi and I have seen them advertise the 636 for $7499 + TTT


Mike worked with Tony in the finance department @ Sky and got me approved through Kawi for 4.9% on a Kawasaki card.....

i would call each dealer ship and tell them tha you want to talk to a sales person then tell them i am going to buy a bike i have a few dealer ships lined up give me your best price and will go from there

 

buy a cycle trader. they have new nike dealerships advertise like $7499 + TTT and see if anyone around you will match it. good luck

 

That is so what I was gonna say. Lake Whales Always has the best prices, make the drive!! Powersports moved on Randy's ZX10 but from what I understand they wouldn't move on the 636. You have to have good credit I believe for the Kawi card. SKYY Powersports, and they have many ads in the cycle trader.

I've bought 2 bikes from Barney's in Brandon.. They've always been good to me.. and the service dept. also...

 

I bought my ZX14 @ WFO in Brooksville, its a nice shop, kinda layed back.

 

Rotary go to TF under the financial section and ask for advice about your credit. Call the creditor and see if you can work something out, you got a service its only fair you pay for it. They took care of you in time of need, seems kind of dick you don't try and do something about it IMO.

 

try the east coast, sounds a little crazy but bikes are always at least 1000 cheaper over there,!! try calling around
