The s does give you a more leaned over ride but if you put clip ons on the naked one your just sitting the same way as the s.

if the fairing is in good shape ill buy it from you.

btw, i will agree they are great beginner bikes..ive only been able to bring the front up one time...and it was maybe 1-2 inches (could have been just a whole lot of suspension unloading) on the 1-2 shift. definately a bike you can have fun on but also not put yourself in a bad situation too quickly.
