Default This Week at the Drag Strips: Sunshine & BMP

It was great to see a few of you out there.
And it was HOTTTT!!!

I can't remember everyone's times... but there were a few good runs, despite the heat.

I did get a little bit of video, assuming I can figure out how to compress it and find a host I will make it available.

Hope to see you next week.

I will bring a cooler as well... Eric was a life saver with with ice and drinks! Thanks!

The 1 run i saw of cecil it was 9.57. I ran 10.97 at 130. I got there very very early and me and a buddy ran 6 times before there were 10 bikes. I started early and ended early. Launching is a bitch and im still working on that part.I having the hardest part from the transition from launch to feet on pegs. Oh well. The more practice the better it gets i guess

Welcome to the fives! Congrats on getting it there. Thought for sure you might crack the 8's next night. Hard to run faster in water Gives ya something to shoot for next time. What was the 1/8th mile time on the 9.19 at BMP?

I ran a 12.2 with a 1.95 60 foot. First time on the track with a bike. It is hard. I'm also 250 pounds on a carbed 600. Yuk.
