Erion makes some good parts for your bike. If you want to raise compression why dont you just shave your head or go with a thinner head gasket. That way you can stay with your stock, cast pistons. The Forged pistons will be heavier and rev slower.

so would it be worth cutting head and thinner headgasket alone or could i throw sme cams in and have the cams degreed??

You'll still want to get some cams. You'll also want to get stiffer valve springs so you dont float a valve with the increased compression, and the aggressive cam.

Get the Head gasket from Cometic and the cams from WebCams.
