wow what a difference (clutch)
okay let me start out by saying that was almost too easy to do. took me right at an hour's time to tear down and reinstall everything. just took it for a little spin. nothing crazy because i wanna kinda let it seat itself a little bit before getting on it.
had no idea the clutch lever was suppost to grab that quick. it used to grab almost all the way out. took it above 6000 rpm in first through 3rd to see if it was holding and it was. shifting from first to 2nd pulled the wheels off the ground at a lot lower rpm than before. i have a feeling i will be pulling 3rd gear up very soon here.
can't wait to go riding now.

Clutches dont have to seat in or break in. Where the clutch grabs depends on where you have it set to.

Do you really have to start a thread every time you go on a ride and see a guy with no helmet on?
Does it affect you that much that some random guy 1500 miles away went and paid his own money for a 1000?
Do we really have to fight over who uses the back brake or not?
Do you have to argue over stupid pointless shit on the Internet?

feels really nice. don't know if it wasn't standing up in second because fuel was about out or clutch isn't grabbing all the way yet or what. but i did run out of gas about a minute later.

you can adjust the point at which the clutch grabs in the lever travel by adjusting the cable right there at the lever. Be sure though that its not adjusted to tight (without enough slack) or your clutch will never dis-engage, or too loose or your clutch will never fully engage and youll be riding down the road with a slipping clutch. But it sounds like its adjusted just fine.
ohh its good. let my friend ride it. he has an f4i and is awsome at sitdown wheelies. when i first got the bike he wasn't able to get the front wheel up in 2nd and now he can almost get it to ride a wheelie just by clutching it in third.he told me it wheelies better than his f4i. and that thing is sick!!!
