Well, I go out to start my bike after class to go home and the battery is dead as hell...oh well. The bad part is my girl and roomate won't be home until later...so until then I am stuck here, unless someone gives me a jump. But everyone I ask has no cables...etc.....damn

Yeah, I know...but he said someone stole them from the back of the cart a while back and they still haven't got anther set...either way, I finally got ahold of my girl...

 

You realize that you can run beside the bike with the clutch in and if you jump on the bike and pop the clutch it will start. Just a little FYI for you. Make sure it is in 1st gear and get a good run and then jump on the bike. Your ass has to be on the seat when you pop the clutch and it will start.

 

Yes, I know...I am a bike mechanic, and tried it like twenty times and it just would not go. My carbs are jetted to stage 7 and when it is cold it is a bitch to start, impossible to jump.

 

solo jump starts are funny shit to watch, this guy in clearwater didn't wanna bother to ask anyone to give a push so he did that, and he ended up droppin his bike b/c he was still going to slow when he tried to put it and lost balance haha.
