The new ride thread
With all the overwelming feedback from the last riding thread i take it the weekend will work out better for the majority? Everyone is welcome to submit ideas, but the next one is tenetively set for the weekend of the 24th and 25th. Please chime in with which day works best for you and we will go with the majority. Having said that there is now no excuse for anyone not to show. You now have over two weeks to inform your boss you will not be working with this is scheduled.
Plans as of now are to meet up at the Denny's by 275 and Dale Mabry. Or we could meet up at the Denny's at 275 and DM. If you want breakfast you need to grab some grub at la casa or get to Denny's early for grub. We will depart from the big D at 10. Plan on riding for "at least" 3 to 4 hrs. before we head back. We will be stopping for some eats before heading back south so perpare for that.
Were will we ride? Well it will certainly be North of here but it mostly depends on traffic as to where in north Hill., Pasco, Hernando counties we ride. There will only be room for 10 bikes so as soon as we have 10 confirmed the rest will have to wait till next time. The reason is that the larger the group the chances for a mishape increase more than dramatically. The focus of this ride is to have fun, be safe, and have fun.
The list below will be updated to reflect the ones confirmed for the ride. To confirm your intent just post up along with any suggestion you may have.
Important note: Stunting will not be tolerated while we are riding as a group. Do that on your own time. Because endangering the saftey of others around you is not acceptible.
Edit: Official ride date set for--
Sun. the 25th---
Tampamax
Jug-Lude
RicerX
two friends of mine
MattC
Big's
Clint
Kool--possibility
2--spots left-------------
Important note: We will be departing the Denny's at 10am promptly. Please make sure you are fully gassed up before we ride out. Plan on 3-4hrs of riding and for those who want to go we will be meeting up with the rest of the TR people at the stadium Bennigan's for some eats and the 'show'.
Someone had brought up the concern of not being able to keep up. We will not be leaving anyone behind to play catch up and will be riding within the skill level of the most inexperienced rider. However, there will be times and opportunities for the more experienced riders to stretch their legs, so to speak. Also, as stated before no stunting will be tolorated while we ride together as a group. Please do that on your own time.
Please feel free to post up any questions or concerns you may have that i have not covered.

That's ok cause we're not going out there to race. Some of us might do some spirited riding through some twisties, but nothing that a cruiser couldn't keep up with. Well ok, it may take a moment to catch back up but not long.
