I am a 52-year-old former NASCAR fan. I have to commend you on this video. You have really done your homework for this video production. I was a devout NASCAR fan since I was a 12-year-old boy going to my first race at Pocono Raceway. I lost my interest when FOX took over the first half season of media coverage.

At that point, they began trying to format NASCAR racing to resemble the NFL and then also began advertising it as "Drama", when that began anyone could see that the organization was manipulating the outcome of races and championships. I remember back in the 90s the late Dale Earnhardt winning a short track race and being the only car on the lead lap. You will never see a situation like that again.

It has become exactly as you said a gimmick. I am disgusted that the sport I loved from a child was simply reconstructed. I would seriously not be surprised if this ridiculous organization at some point in the future decides that there may be multiple champions.

Yes, that statement is an exaggeration meant for the purpose of example but I think you get the point. Again I congratulate you on making this great quality video and thanks so much for sharing it with us.
