Default Groups / Autocrosses that allow 15 year old with permit

My son turns 15 in January. I would like to get him some autocross seat time as early as possible. Are there local clubs (other than SCCA and one offs like Tire Rack Street Survival) that allow drivers with permits to compete?

You just dismissed the only two that I know about. The Street Survival school is a good entry level gig, or at least some good seat time and exposure to some good ideas. Otherwise, SCCA is probably the only club that allows drivers under 16 and without a full license.

Well, not dismissing them, just know about them already. I wasn't sure if any of the small marque clubs allowed it.

Andersen Race Park? Not cars but he'll learn things. Street Survival is not a competitive event, and they require FL drivers to be driving for at least 6 months.

Ah, I forgot about their licensing requirement. How did that go, anyway? Better than last year, I hope.
