Unfortunately I can't make it to palm bay this weekend nor GIR in October so I am looking forward to the PCA event on the 29th.

Anyone else planning on going?

Despite my receding powerband I'm hoping that my race rubber will allow me to get another one of the following prizes from the PCA people.

If you are up for a game of one upmanship, out of 10 events I have 3 trophies.

Events:
5 Martin
3 SCCA
1 PCA
1 Sun Riders

Trophies:
Martin Novice 2nd
Martin Novice 1st
PCA 2nd

My holy grail is any trophy in ASP but even though I have come in 2nd a few times in that class each time it has always been one or two people short of 2nd getting anything.

It took me a bit of research to figure out exactly how many events I had been to since almost all my Martin days were back in Y2K.

Anyone else care to share?

That PCA trophy doesn't count. PCA events are put on by porsche owners so they can give trophies to each other...

 

Old rich dudes usually arn't very good drivers either. Some of the hardware there way outclassed my own but that don't mean nothing when the operators don't know how to push it.

It was almost funny to watch some of those cars pussyfooting around the course.
