March Lion Rallycross. 3-2-08
Will be The first Sunday in March, 2nd
Winternationals is running From Jan 30 till then end of February. If you want to watch some great racing Winternationals at East Bay brings drivers from around the country who can't race at their home tracks due to weather and battle it out on East bay's famous Red Monster. you got to love any type of racing where the rule book is 6 pages long and 4 of which involve fighting in the pits.
East Bay Raceway Park
a typical ticket is $30 and $5 more to get a pit pass. Please support East Bay Raceway, as they are committed to supporting us.
and after this break we look forward to returning to the Red Monster for the March Lion. Registration will open soon.

attrition was the story today, Kenny threw a rod, A VW blew a clutch, we had no less then 3 debeaded tires. (the course was not rough just LONG at up to 3 min per run) Some idiot must have worked on the usually rock solid Sentra because one of the coil packs decided to work it's way off the spark plug... But I'm a rally guy and we always "press on regardless" finished the morning runs on 3 cylinders and "found" the parts (off other peoples cars) to finish the day.
all in all 7 runs and we were done by 4:30 with an hour lunch we WOULD have had 10 runs, but I waited an extra hour for pre-registered people to show up also we were running rally timing and sending a car every 1 min, since the timing lights were locked in fast's trailer.
everyone WANTED to see the new car Loren... wish you could have given the stock suspension a good going away present.
Carlos in his "stock" 08 WRX was just wicked fast. I compiled 1/2 of the results but since we timed manually i have to enter everything into a spreadsheet and then hope I can get the websites database to accept it.
Gee I wish I knew a website guru
