Soon to be on the FSC site.

But here they are now..

Muddy we opened up the track in the afternoon.. Good for 2 sec.

The totals for the other class are not listed since I need to figure out if to move the Stalker to its own class.

Sorry I left. I was frustrated with the course. I called my wife after I finished my runs and told her I was coming home early. After run group 2 ran, Keith said he would lobby you to open it up, but it was too late by that point.

One of these days I will help with course setup, rather than sitting back and getting frustrated.

Sorry I missed the event, but realized that I had to prepare for a trip.
Now I'm curious about what I missed.
(Sometimes I like tight and technical.)

It sounds odd to hear Muddy say "my wife".

It sounds odd to me, too.

It also sounds odd to hear a BMW course is tight. They used to make some of the most wide open, fastest courses out there. On one occasion I hit X (*) gear rev limiter (XX mph) (*) on a BMW course.

(*) Edited after writing, in case the airport has prying eyes. Anyway, they used to have high speed straights and turns, rather than the typical variations of slalom down, and slalom back.

Muddy send me your phone # and Ill give you a ring when we are heading up there.. next time.. We usually get there 4 to 6 on Sat.. This one was a rush set up because the Vette club was out there so we waitirf till 6 to head out.I am not faulting the Vette club in any way.. they paid for Sat and its their site to use.. But it makes setting up a little more rushed.

So We did open it up. and for future notice.. If you walk the course and you think an area is way to tight let me know.. I value input of the seasoned drivers and will be OK with changing it..

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
