I just got an e-mail from Albert, he said this autocross has to be rescheduled. Official word coming shortly. He did mention the 15th and 16th. So if that means this month then we have a conflict with the Sunriders event. Sucks that CFR has to start out the year like this. I was looking forward to the Sunriders thing too.

I already requested off work for the 29th and 30th event as well.

 

I hope that's wrong. Rescheduling and moving to an earlier date would kill event attendance this closely. Functionally, it's the same reason we can't run events at the Fairgrounds as people can't make plans to attend with that short of notice. We can't willingly do things to hurt attendance we'll start to go negative on events like we did at Gainesville and be back on the poo list with the CFR executive management.

omfg, this sucks. i was planning on getting some practice at sunriders. o well, hopefully something will work out.
