Will they fit a 6 1/2in with rim? hoosher calls for a 7 in with so I wasen't sure. thanks

You shouldn't run them on a 6 1/2 in rim.
They will probably fit on a 6 1/2 but they really should be run on a 7" or 8" wheel.
