good price???

12" eclipse sub aluminum with box ....
2 capacitors 1 digital / 1 non digital
alpine 700 watt amp
all wires
for $500 .... good or bad deal???
all used by way

yeah the sub alone is about 350 new and with both caps and amp, yeah its worth it.
