so i had subs in and they worked but i got rid of em now i try hookin the new ones up and they like dont work and my friend messed with my right door speaker and unhooked the stock one and now my blinkers dont work and im not gettin any sound out of anything

whats wrong!!

 

check your fuse box for blown fuses.

 

And next time you work on anything electrical in your car, DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY, and you won't have these problems again. Don't connect it until everything you've messed with is accounted for and you're sure nothing will short out.

 

all my fuses are fine and i always unhook my battery when i mess with electrical stuff, everything is grounded too like the amp

its just the turn signals wont turn on but if u turn on the headlights u know its like turn it once for the blinkers to stay on and again for the headlights well the bulb itself turns on its just that the turn signals wont work and i got no sound

 

Have you checked your blinker fluid? JK

When you say you have no sound, is your headunit powering on? Or are your amps not turning on?

I'm no expert in car electrical systems, but to me it sounds like a relay must have got bad somewhere.

 

Have you discussed this with your friend? Maybe you should have tried him first.

Do your hazards work? The turn signal circuit goes through the hazard switch, maybe he forgot to plug it back in.

 

Both blinkers and hazards dont work and isnt the hazard switch BEHIND the headunit? we didnt even touch that area all we messed with was the right door speaker and since we unhooked it no sound from rear speakers or nothing, headunit does turn on and says its playin music. subs of course dont work either

this is annoying me because i hate driving without blinkers.
