I can get the PAC equivalent of it by tomorrow afternoon, if you're over this way.

To be honest, I haven't done that model of Pioneer so I can't tell you for sure. I don't do a whole lot of pioneer here.
But I'm going to have to verify the cable, upon closer inspection the PAC version seems to have a female USB on it where the Pioneer version has a male USB. It needs a male to plug into the USB of the head unit. I'm calling to get some more info now.

Ok, i was wrong. PAC does not have a direct replacement for that cable, they have one for the Pioneer 200V(and pretty much all other Pioneer cables), but not the 205. The 205 was the first to introduce the USB control. Sorry dude, sounds like that one might be harder to find in stock anywhere. I'll check a few other options and see what I can come up with.

Thanks for doing some research man. I can't find that cable anywhere. Might have to order it online if I don't find one soon

No problem. It seems that cable wasn't used on a lot of models, thus it's harder to find. I know MCOR in Tampa has used Pioneer , you might try those guys. And both Car Tunes on East Bay and Radioactive on 66th have also sold tons of Pioneer for many years, so they may have one. If you needed a JVC, Sony, Kenwood or Clarion part I'd probably have it!

hey fix there really is no cable that can do that however what I did was, I bought the Apple A/V cable from Walmart it has to be Apple if not the VIDEO WILL NOT WORK. I already went through all of this. You run the A?V inputs into the head unit. You will have to jailbreak your Ipod. If you don't you will only be able to see pics and video. I did a jailbreak and downloaded this App called ScreenSplitter. Everything you do on the Ipod you will see on the screen. You won't be able to control the Ipod through the headunit but who cares. I have an Eclipse Navi with my Ipod Touch running through the cables, works perfectly
