Default cd player help

hopefully someone has an answer for me. i have an eclipse cd player (model # cd-5435) and was listening to a cd when it just stopped. i eject the cd, reload it, and it gives me an code of "info 3". which according to the manual is a dirty disc. i tried a few different cds and they sit there and it says "reading" then spits the cd out. the radio works fine. would a lens cleaner help?

any and all help is greatly appreciated.

If you run ur car like a mad man, quick turns, e-braking, fast stops, then u will throw ur laser off balance. Happened to me in a stock MAZDA 3...had a $400 Pioneer and after i got done E-braking...all my CD's either didn't work or skipped...send it back for ur warranty...otherwise your screwed

Its just a dirty lens. clean it and all will be well. Its almost impossible to throw a three pickup laser off track by driving, thats why they have three pickups.
